August 2025: First time stepping into this establishment. Quite impressed. Floored it still smells new after it is opened for over a month. My lunch party was impressed with the menu options. We had the Cucumber Pistachio salad, pea Shoot & Pecorino Caesar salad, Herb & Pistachio Crusted Diefenbaker Trout, Bison & Berry Burger, Prosciutto & Chicken Sandwich. All were quite impressed with our meals. Our server was quite attentive and we also got graced by the owner bring out some of our plates as they were ready to be served.

Came here before an evening at the nearby Globe Theatre. The restaurant is beautiful, bright and modern. The staff (including the owner) were very attentive, and the food was delicious! I enjoyed a seasonal meal of beef cheeks with barley risotto, my dining companions' meals looked equally delightful.

Between 4 adults we shared the beet hummus, pork belly patatas bravas, and then each had the beef and barley. For desert we shared the sticky toffee pudding and an Earl Grey/saskatoon berry cheese cake. All the dishes were excellent, very flavorful and the presentation was beautiful. They also have a good selection of cocktails. I will definitely eat here again soon.

Stopped in quickly while we waited for the kids to do an escape room on Scarth and man, am I glad we did! The service was prompt and the food was exceptional. We got four things: the bread, pickerel cheeks, pork belly, and started cucumber pistachio salad. The salad was so good I might have to go back this week and get it again, seriously. My husband almost licked the plate clean on the pork belly. We will definitely be back, thank you!

Finally got to dine at Rosemary and Rye and it did not disappoint. The chicken bites were a big hit. The bread and cucumber pistachio salad were also delicious. My husband ordered the schnitzel and I had the falafel dish. Everything was good and the portions were more than fair. We need to come back to try the pork belly!

We’d known about this place before it opened & were excited for it, and it was worth the wait. Food was delicious and presented in a lovely manner; atmosphere was relaxed and service was fantastic. Staff and ownership really care about your experience and it shows. Concentrated menu is a plus and allows their creative flare to excel.

Wow. Everything was amazing!! The service was fast, they were kind and they were on top of everything. The atmosphere, building and decor really fit the homey Sask vibe. Lastly the food… it got better with each course it seemed. My taste buds were dancing & my belly full. The presentation was beautiful, the taste to die for and it was beyond filling. Would recommend to everyone to give it a try!!

Came here for a date night with my husband! The moment I saw they were opening, we planned to go and it was so worth the wait. Food and service were absolutely amazing and you can't miss the rooftop view! Looking forward to coming back!
